ABOUT THE SIMULATION

Students manage one branch of Greendale, a national supermarket chain facing rapid changes introduced by a new Chief Executive. With support from Tess Coe, they speak to staff resisting self-service checkouts, new shift patterns, smaller cafés and bonus changes. Gameplay centres on identifying the reason for resistance, then matching the right management response.
