Here's a case study-based activity for A-Level Business students to help them consider the issue of resistance to change and how change can be managed.
The case study features a long-established family business - Broake Shoes - where the Managing Director has identified the need for significant change in order to remain competitive.
There are two versions of resource - tailored to the specification requirements of the AQA and Edexcel exam boards respectively.
