This is a fascinating interview with, and profile of Stephen Hester - the former CEO of RBS.

Stephen Hester was tasked with the challenge of stabilising and then planning the turnaround of RBS when it was forced into nationalised ownership (almost taking the UK banking system down with it).

Lots in here for students to draw out both in terms of leadership style, change management and the strategic challenges of rescuing a failing business.
