The side-hustle is becoming a prominent feature of the fast-changing labour market.

Many more people claim that they are willing to work on side-projects in addition to their regular employment. For some it is a chance to pursue a hobby and perhaps monetise it to add to the family's disposable income. How can and should employers respond to this trend?
