Much coverage of the impact on business thinking that came from the writing of Clay Christensen - a leading proponent of waves of disruptive innovation.

Disruptive innovation transforms a previously expensive product and makes it much more affordable and accessible so that a larger proportion of the population can have access to it. Digital technologies clearly lie at the front of this process.
