Since 2015, parents in the UK have been allowed to share parental leave.

However, recent research from the government has found that many working dads are losing out due to workplace policies and outdated notions of conjugal roles within the family.

The following article reviews the report findings and also here is a report from the charity Working Families that explores more about the roles within the modern family.
