Following on from Monday's post about 'the point of GCSEs' comes an article about the education system from a different angle.

This article explores an education 'start-up' in Brooklyn, New York. The school was developed in collaboration with industry leaders to teach young people 'real-life skills' in areas such as engineering and science.

An incredibly interesting article that also has links to ethnicity and class.
