Number of Working Mums Increases

The Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS) has found that the number of working mums had risen by almost 50% since the 1970s.
There are a number of possible explanations for this change, including: changes in working patterns and changes to legislation. This would be a useful article for the Families and Households unit as well as Culture and Identity.
