'Elder Abuse'

A criminal case recently came to light about Keya Morgan, a memorabilia dealer who become close to Stan Lee (co-creator of The Avengers and Spider-Man).

Morgan has been charged with false imprisonment, forgery and fraud against Lee after accusations of 'elder abuse'.

Elder abuse can be described as the mistreatment of older individuals, who, in some cases may delegate responsibility of their finances to other people. This article could be used for the Crime and Deviance unit, as well Families and Households (dark side of the family).
