The purpose of this resource is for students to work together to problem solve and to access their higher order thinking skills to make synoptic connections within topics.
In "links of learning" students take their collective knowledge of a topic and work collaboratively to form and justify links of learning.
This task will help to take students beyond the repetition of learning studies/theories and will challenge them to make links between topics, which will not only reinforce their prior learning but is more likely to lead to longer lasting learning and recall.
This is a challenge where every student has a crucial role and there is no opting out of participation and learning.
