You’re probably not too bad on definitions of abnormality. You may even be hoping for a 12 mark question on them…but beware!You need to know all three definitions and their limitations. But, for Deviation from ideal mental health you need to know all 6 criteria from Jahoda’s model as well. Sorry, but a few exam papers ago two were named and you had to be able to pick a couple more. If you only learn 2 or 3 you might get caught out. Just letting you know… make sure today you check this aspect of abnormality. It’s worth it, just in case…
