Who should attend
- All teachers delivering AQA A Level Psychology
About this event
The challenges of preparing students to handle the first sitting of AQA A Level Psychology in June 2017 are tackled head-on by this resource-packed course.
We'll look at ways to deliver the teaching content in the second year of the linear A Level, and also how to ensure that Year 1 (AS) teaching content is revisited effectively during the limited teaching time available.
As you'd expect with a tutor2u AQA A Level Psychology course, the day will be packed with resources, teaching & learning advice and energetic support from the tutor2u team - so you'll know we are right by your side tackling the first linear AQA A Level Psychology exams next year!
Please note: Many of the resources and activities can be adapted for the optional units you choose to teach, however due to their popularity, many of the examples used will be based on schizophrenia, forensic, aggression, relationships, gender and cognition & development.
Learning outcomes
The course is designed to enable colleagues attending to:
- Deliver with confidence the teaching content in Year 2 of the AQA A Level Psychology specification
- Build exam skills development into your scheme of work
- Plan for effective revision of Year 1 (AS) topics during Year 2
