A man from Liverpool has been jailed for throwing a jug of water at a Magistrate. A level law gold! Great discussion starter for magistrates, the impact of legal aid cuts, or even for LAW02 issues such as transferred malice. Actually a more unpleasant case than it sounds when you read the detail!Top stuff and hat tip to @tweetlawfeet for the story. To quote the defending barrister in the subsequent case:"If they had had legal assistance the incident may never have happened".
