Libel reform - new worksheet with video clip

Libel law reform is a subject I have touched on previously in the context of Simon Singh’s Court of Appeal success over the British Chiropractors’ Association.

It is interesting to note that Lord Lester of Herne Hill QC is to table a Private Member’s Bill in the Lords on this shortly. For students, this is a nicely up-to-date example of this type of Bill as well as an example of law reform resulting (in part) from pressure groups such as the Campaign for Libel Reform.
