Stuck inside for 5 weeks due to a broken lift

The BBC have reported on a 76 year old man that has been stuck inside his housing association flat for 5 week so far, due to a broken down lift.

Harlow: Broken lift for man expecting two months' housebound

Paul, who has Parkinson's Disease which limits his mobility, is worried he may have to cancel his next hospital appointment in March, if the lift is not fixed in time.
