Princess of Wales exclusive: Not enough is being done to help the next generation
Based on research conducted by the Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood, which she founded, the Princess is quoted as saying:
"If we are going to tackle the sorts of complex challenges we face today like homelessness, violence and addiction, so often underpinned by poverty and poor mental health, we have to fully appreciate those most preventative years and do everything we can to nurture our children and those who care for them."
“If we are going to create a healthier and happier society for future generations, we must start by understanding and acknowledging the unique importance the first five years of life.” - The Princess of Wales https://t.co/9Atps36PVt

Our aim is to transform the way people think about early childhood. Investing in a child is ultimately an investment in the future health and happiness of the whole of society. On #WorldChildrensDay, what better time to remind ourselves that Big Change Starts Small. pic.twitter.com/DYhtxWJQS5
