As we continue the countdown to the start of teaching the new AAQ BTEC National in H&SC, the tutor2u HSC team has some more great resources for you!

This week we are pleased to share with you three sets of command word posters/student handouts.

There are two sets matched to the externally assessed Unit 1 Human & Lifespan Development and Unit 2 Human Biology & Health. These provide student friendly explanations of what each exam command word means, examples of the word used in a question alongside an appropriate answer, and for the tougher questions, easy to remember techniques for successful responses.

The third and final set covers the command words in all the internally assessed Units (3-7). Again student friendly explanations are provided for each command word, plus sentence starters and questions to ask to check for successful responses.
