60 Second Topic Videos | Human Biology & Health

A key project for the tutor2 HSC team this year is to build up a library of free topic videos and video explainers.

To that end a library of 60 second videos, using the popular YouTube Shorts format, is now available covering every topic in Unit 2 Human Biology & Health of the new AAQ BTEC National.

Each video is broadcast in vertical format so ideal for students to view on their smartphones, and gives simple verbal explanations of the topic, with key content points and illustrations displayed on screen.

You are welcome to embed these videos in your lessons or simply signpost your students to them. Non-specialist teachers will also find these videos useful CPD.

Liz is tutor2u subject lead for Health & Social Care and Early Childhood Development. A former NHS midwife, she has taught in FE and secondary as HoD, is an SSAT Accredited Lead Practitioner, textbook author, and experienced senior examiner.
