Tesla eyes a UK manufacturing base

Good news for the UK economy: it seems that electric car manufacturer, Tesla, are looking for a UK base to capitalise on the skills of UK car workers.
This offers the possibility of a positive multiplier effect for the place where such a factory might be located. Tesla are coming! The downside is, that like the cars they manufacture, we might scarcely be able to hear them.
In 2015, Tesla was ranked by Forbes magazine as the most innovative business in the world.
Tesla Motors is an electric-car maker headquartered in Palo Alto, California. The company was founded by Elon Musk and Martin Eberhard in 2003 and went public in July 2010
