In the run-up to the Paris Climate Change Conference at the end of the year, expect many more of this sort of article. It's not that there's a vested interest here, because there is but the scheme is dependent upon being "accompanied by a 60% reduction in demand for domestic heating through a home insulation programme and other initiatives, according to the report by energy system analysts, Demand Energy Equality."
