FDI and LRAS: Microsoft to open UK data centres

Data storage centres have a physical bricks and mortar aspect but also a weightless component too! The decision by Microsoft to invest in two new data centres will have effects on aggregate demand and supply. Amazon are doing something similar. One of the spillovers will be faster running apps - although the impact might be microscopic!
