How important has the USA been as a foreign aid giver in recent years?

Using this OurWorldinData chart showing selected countries that gave foreign aid, answer the following questions:

  1. Calculate the percentage increase in USA foreign aid given between 2018 and 2023.
  2. Compare the USA’s contribution to foreign aid given to that of Germany and the UK in 2023.
