Avocado prices reach record high

There's a major price shock on the way: the price of avocado is going to surge, as a result of increased demand and supply issue in the major exporters. This simple application of D&S means that, inevitably prices will rise.

But as economists, you already knew that, as well as the responses of economic agents to these changing market conditions.

First, hummus, now avocado. Is nothing scared?
