ABOUT THE SIMULATION

Students become Anita Shift, founder of Shift Happens, and advise businesses where change has stalled. They identify driving and restraining forces, allocate a limited budget to interventions and decide whether the change can succeed. The gameplay presents change as a tug of war, helping students understand resistance and how managers can reduce it.
