ABOUT THIS SIMULATION

In Firewall, students become Cyber Security Risk Manager at Hartwell’s, a large retailer with 280 stores and a busy online operation. Guided by Head of Risk Gita Locke, they first spend a limited budget on training, system protection, monitoring, backups and insurance. When a cyber attack strikes, they make crisis decisions affecting cost, downtime, reputation and stakeholder confidence, showing that risk can be reduced but never removed.
