The following video from Channel 4 News explores the question of whether Britain could become reduce its carbon emissions to zero.

Some countries around the world are working towards this already, but valid concerns about the efforts in achieving this arise when it is considered that countries such as the USA and China are the two world’s biggest polluters.

This video could be used for the Global Development unit.
