World’s most liveable city: Auckland wins as Covid shakes up rankings

The city of Auckland in New Zealand has recently won the prize for most liveable city, according to the Economist Intelligence Unit's annual ranking.
New Zealand's dealing of the pandemic and its location are believed to provided an additional boost for the city, although it does have some of the least affordable housing. Damascus and Lagos were two of the least liveable cities.
