This video from The Atlantic provides another positive effect of the power of an online community through the use of social media.

People are uploaded fun videos to platforms such as TikTok in China and these are being shared in their hundreds of millions! For some it is purely fun, but in some cases, individuals are helping raise money for essential equipment and supplies for those in need.

This video could be used for The Media unit (social networks).
