Another Health unit related topic, this time focusing on alcohol.

Go Sober for October is part of Macmillan’s Cancer Support fund raiding initiative and aside from raising money for the charity, it is hoped that it will also help people get better quality sleep and increase their energy.

This article could be used as part of a discussion about whether initiatives such as these help improve the public’s health or not.
