Just the Facts
16th May 2017
It could be easy to take the information presented to us by the media and government at face value, but in this world of 'fake news', should you believe everything you read or hear?
Full Fact is a UK-based independent charity who's aim is to delve deeper into data provided by institutions such as the government that link to the economy, education and much more.
The site could act as a useful resource for fact checking and research within many topics for sociology, including:
- Families and Households
- The Media
- Work, Welfare and Poverty
- Crime and Deviance
- Education
And of course, there are some excellent links to Research Methods!
