A study by UCL (Institute of Education) has found that students who attend a grammar school do not have a higher level of self-esteem as compared to students who attend a state school or academy.

The Conservative government are keen to increase the spending on grammar schools and have recently announced that an additional 50 million GBP will be available to support their growth.
