There’s a very interesting article in the Independent today by Dominic Lawson which anyone doing AS Sociology and the Families and Households topic should read. It’s very much political rather than sociological - but his comments will no doubt provoke you - one way or the other - and he covers the ground - social policy, child abuse, and the underclass. Do read it.
