Facebook Is Building An Instagram For Kids Under The Age Of 13

Facebook have announced that they are building a social media platform for children under the age of 13 that would be similar to Instagram.
Currently, users of Instagram must declare that they are over the age of 13 to register for an account. However, there has been criticism of Facebook's plans from an advertising perspective and in regards to privacy.
