Facebook and Google 'too powerful' says watchdog boss

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has said that there should be "regulatory changes to deal with [that] market dominance" by tech companies such as Facebook and Google.

The head of the CMA, Andrea Coscelli has said that Google "holds about 90% if the UK's £7.3bn search advertising" and this is an issue as it reduces competition and increases their economic power.
