Expensive Cities
3rd May 2018
The following video from The Economist discusses what it is like to live in one of the most expensive cities in the world: Hong Kong.
The accompanying article also explores this issue but from a difference perspective, those living in poverty and specifically women who are described as ‘cardboard grannies’.
A useful video and article to highlight the extreme wealth of some with those without. Both could be useful for the Global Development and Work, Poverty and Welfare units.
