Child labour worldwide increases for first time in 20 years

UNICEF has said that child labour has risen worldwide for the first time in two decades.

At the start of 2020, it is believed that approximately 160 million children were working and although numbers were decreasing, with the onset of the pandemic this has increased once again. Nearly 1/10 children are stuck in child labour.
