The American app Cameo enables users to pay for shout-out messages from celebrities, such as Snoop Dogg and Dick Van Dyke.

For instance, people can pay $500 for a shout-out from Dick Van Dyke and even as much as $2500 for a message from Caitlyn Jenner.
