Since January 1st, the UK has been seen as a 'third country" to the EU since it is no longer a member.

There have been a number of repercussions as a result of the UK leaving the EU, some of which are explored in this article.

This article could be used for the Global Development unit (globalisation and its influence on the cultural, political and economic relationships between societies).
