One of the consequences of the Brexit result is a brain drain from certain sectors in Britain it is reported. The term brain drain refers to the movement of highly trained people out of a country, and it is believed that with the Brexit result this could have serious consequences on the British economy.

A recent Guardian article highlighted this issue in relation to British universities and how foreign nationals working in British universities are concerned about their future rights and security.

This doesn't just have an effect on those working in universities, immediately following the Brexit result a student recruitment survey found that international students are now less likely to look to British universities for their higher education.

The following articles could be used to open a discussion about the effects of Brexit on the education system.
