Being proud of going to state school

Sarah Best

9th July 2021

Here is another article that could be used for the Education unit focusing on interviews with students who attended state schools.

Sophie Pender established the 93% club to help represent the vast majority of students who attend state schools in the UK. She describes the club as a "reverse Bullingdon Club" - referring to a male-only club based at Oxford University.

The 93% club aims to help create opportunities for people who attend state school.
