This lesson provides a big picture look at Unit 1 Human Lifespan and Development.

It introduces the key concepts of human lifespan and human development, before moving on to introduce the key topics of study for Unit 1, such as factors affecting health and wellbeing, and health and social care promotion, prevention and treatment, through the example of adolescence.

A basic overview of the Unit 1 exam is also provided.
