Introducing the tutor2u AAQ BTEC National Unit 1 and 2 Exam Topic Tracker & RAG Rater tools!

We've just launched the beta version of a set of free interactive tools to help you and your students as you prepare for AAQ BTEC National Unit 1 and 2 exams.

Topic Tracker/RAG Rater

What it does:

• Shows every topic from the specification mapped to actual exam questions
• Currently mapped to sample assessment material (SAM), Additional Sample Assessment Material (AddSAM) and the two tutor2u practice papers
• Students rate their confidence (Red/Amber/Green) on each topic - progress saves automatically
• Hover over any exam entry to see the full question stem
• Highlights which topics are examined most frequently - and which examined less frequently (so far!)
• Filters by paper, so students only see what's relevant to their options
• Students can bookmark it and return anytime - their topic ratings persist in their browser on their device
• RAG ratings can be exported and shared to the teacher dashboard

Teacher Dashboard

This add on tool enables you to rapidly get a handle on whole class preparation, or to drill down to individual topic or student level.
