Did you know learning about organ donation is part of the national curriculum?

NHS Blood and Transplant in collaboration with Anthony Nolan, have produced an excellent set of resources for PSHE lessons about blood, organ and stem cell donation.

These excellent materials can be used as a standalone resource or combined and include comprehensive teacher notes, so minimal preparation is required. There are also optional extension activities to extend student’s learning at home or in school.

Even if you do not teach PSHE, these resources can be used for enrichment and extension activities for students of health and social care.
