It is important to know the difference between healthy and unhealthy relationships, for our own benefit and for supporting our friends and family members. When working in health and social care, it is important to be able to determine whether the individuals we are helping have healthy or unhealthy relationships. Here are some great videos on this topic all aimed at adolescents.

A former NHS midwife, she has taught in FE and secondary as HoD, is an SSAT Accredited Lead Practitioner, textbook author, and experienced senior examiner.
