What should we teach in History?

At Key Stage 3 schools could be lucky enough to spend 117 hours with their pupils over Years 7 to 9 and when writing the schemes of work, the question about what to teach can be an interesting one! With that in mind, this debate, recommended to me by a colleague, from the University of Oxford is one that History teachers should surely enjoy, I know I did!
