Great Western Desert

The Great Western Desert, also known as the Gibson Desert, is a large desert region located in the central part of Western Australia. It is considered to be one of the driest and most remote deserts in the world. The Great Western Desert is a vast area of sand dunes, stony plains, and rocky outcrops, and it stretches over an area of approximately 500,000 square kilometers. It's characterized by its low annual rainfall and hot climate, with temperatures often exceeding 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit) during summer.
