Volcano tsunami hits Indonesia | tutor2u Geography

Suspected underwater landslides from the Anak Krakatoa eruption are linked to the tsunami which has already killed 168 and left 745 injured.

The tsunami, which only happened overnight was undetected and took many by surprise. A rock concert was engulfed by the wave with no warning and the bassist and manager of the band were both killed and other band members are still missing. Houses were destroyed along the coastline and a state of emergency has been declared. Check out the latest updates on the incident here...
