UN states agree deal to manage global migration crisis

164 nations have agreed on an international agreement to manage migration.
The global agreement seeks to manage legal migration better to reduce the risk caused from illegal border crossings. However, some nations, including the USA have declined to sign the agreement as they believe that national sovereignty is at risk by the large number of migrants that will be allowed to move.
