A couple of weeks ago we posted a blog about the recent shortages of certain produce seen in our supermarkets.

Yesterday the same topic was the focus of Radio 4's Food Programme... From energy to seasonality, Dan Saladino explores the big ideas prompted by the recent shortage of fresh produce in supermarkets. Is the now time for a major food rethink?

Both are excellent resources to use with students or to simply top up your own subject knowledge for Resource Management - both at GCSE and A-Level.
