ABOUT THE SIMULATION

Students become Ivan Tory, the new Inventory Manager at Stock & Roll, a UK distributor of popular tech accessories. Owner Mo Margin needs chaos fixed after the previous manager leaves. Over eight weeks, students balance stockouts, holding costs, lead times, supplier choices and customer service, showing why too much and too little inventory both create problems.
